1. Information collected

Kinh Dịch does not require account registration to use the service as a guest. However, from your first visit, we record an anonymous device identifier (not tied to your personal identity) along with some technical information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and whether the device is mobile. Purpose: (a) anonymous visit analytics, (b) enforcing the daily free-trial limit and detecting abuse (one device creating multiple accounts to bypass the limit).

We do not collect names, phone numbers, or other personally identifiable information beyond the email address/display name/avatar you provide when you choose to sign in (see section 2).

2. Account data retention

For users who sign in with an account, AkiNet stores certain service-usage data (for example, cast history and AI readings) in order to improve system quality and to support and resolve customer issues when needed.

For accounts that have made a real-money top-up transaction, we cannot fully delete account data upon request, for financial audit and legal-compliance retention reasons. Only accounts with no top-up history can be fully deleted/anonymized.

3. Cookies and local storage

The website uses browser local storage to keep the anonymous device identifier mentioned above and to remember your selected language. We do not use behavioral tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

4. Third-party services

The website loads some resources from third-party services such as fonts, icons, and CDNs. These services may log your public IP address according to their own policies. We do not share personal data with third parties.

5. Anonymous analytics

We may use anonymous analytics tools to understand how users interact with the site in order to improve the experience. This data is processed in aggregate form and is not linked to any individual.

6. Data security

The device identifier, IP address, and browser/OS information of guest users are stored solely for abuse prevention and anonymous analytics, and are not linked to a personal identity unless you sign in. Guest divination session data exists only within your browser session and disappears when you close the tab.
